Civilization VI is an exhilarating strategy game created by Sid Meier. That's the most democratic way and an economical use of the staff time. Suffice to say, if the demand is there for a particular platform version of a game, then it will be funded quickly and eventually made.

Add in having to update each version separately and it starts spiralling. Each game on game pass is potentially hours of work added on. The price of entry on game pass may be cheap but the number of hours in a day is still limited. Those required platform requests as well(if the existing epic one doesn't work on it) even though steam is the larger platform. There are games that were initially epic exclusive but subsequently made their way to steam. Even steam versions have to be requested first and funded, it's not a given just because a game is on steam. Often feels like the Game Pass version is an afterthought, and given the low cost of entry to a stack of games, this feels surprising to me.) (As an aside given the (I assume?) popularity of the service, it would be nice to see Game Pass games treated like first class citizens when it comes to Trainers.
